Exchange possible in the hotel. The account can be settled in the currency of your country. In case of economic growth or unexpected changes in VAT rates, we will be forced to adjust the rates.

Arrival: On the day of your arrival, you may check in from 3 pm onwards.

Cancellations
In case of cancellations we charge 80% of the price for half board accommodation. We therefore suggest our guests to take out travel insurance.
Early departure
In case of early departure our guests have to pay for the days of their actual stay and we also charge 80% of the agreed price for other booked services.
Travel insurance
In order to avoid payments for cancellations we offer you the possibility to take out travel insurance at a cheap price. For further informations or details just contact us.
Dogs
Dogs are accepted without any extra charge if agreed upon before. We kindly ask you to bring an appropriate basket and sheet with you.
